WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION

WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals, please read over our Adoption Information and complete an application. Also please read bio on pet Interested in to see if you qualify for that Particular pet before completing application Once we have reviewed it we will contact you if further information is needed or to arrange a visit.
