WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. ABOUT US: SCAA/WAR is a private 501c3 non profit organization. We are all volunteers working for the same cause, to help homeless dogs and cats. We have been in existence for over 19 years and during that time we have rescued over 6000 animals. All of our members are volunteers (no one is ever paid a salary). The animals we rescue are kept on our farm or at private homes and we do not have a fancy shelter.

All animals are vetted upon arriving, including vaccines, blood tests, preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks. If they are over the age of 6 months they are spayed/neutered. Our goal is to find the right home for each pet and we try to keep our adoption fees as low as possible.
