WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION

WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Rabies and distemper vaccine clinic for cats and dogs. Both vaccines will be $15 each. We will be at the vfw on middleford rd in Seaford from 8am to 10am
