We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 6 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper had his life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing was $11,300 He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery which will be about another $1000. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Quincy is a mix of Basset and Beagle (fondly known as a Bagle). He is super sweet and loving. He is crate trained and was started on house training. But he will need to be finished at his new families home. Quincy seems to get along with everyone and everything. He is up to date on vaccines and has been neutered on the 18th of Oct.
