We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

About Cadbury
Status: Adopted! Species: Dog Color: brown/white Current Age: 10 Years (best estimate)

Cadbury is a handsome little male pup who is very affectionate and playful. He and his siblings were born here at the rescue on Easter Day His mom is a Min Pin mix although you really wouldn't know it looking at him. Dad was unknown as their Momma was found as stray. Cadbury is up to date on vaccines, has been dewormed, current on preventatives and will be microchipped prior to adoption. He was too small to have neutered yet but as soon as he is at good weight that will also be done. His mom wieghs about 13 pounds so Cadbury should stay on the small side.
