We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Fabio is one handspme Ginger Cat, with a little freckle right on the end of his nose! He loves attention, but never asks for it. When you start to rub on him or play with him, he loves it! He would make a good indoor, or in/out kitty and gets along great with all! He is a big boy, too! Please give Fabio a chance!
