We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Kate is a very sweet little girl who was found herself out on the streets searching for someone to give her a chance. She looks to be a young adult. When she was found she had a tumor on her belly. Taking her directly to the vet it was found to be a mammory tumor. The vet was able to remove it in its entirety. She has also now been spayed, updated on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and tested for heartworm negative and current on preventatives. Kate listens very well and seems to be housetrained.
