We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 6 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper had his life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing was $11,300 He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery which will be about another $1000. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Kateri, the little princess, was rescued recently from the well of a basement window, where her mommy had placed her and her littermates to keep them safe. She spit and hissed when I first went in to rescue her, but she is a very sweet and outgoing little girl! She is a very creamy ivory color. Kateri would fit into most any household with kitty experience. Having little kittens under foo calls for extra care! Kateri is now ready for adoption. She is very sweet and gets along well with all the other kitties and the dog.
