We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Lady Bug is a cute little Min Pin who has found herself looking for a family to call her own. She is more on the independant side. Loves to play with toys and is quite adventurous. She can be a little shy and is not much on giving kisses but does like to follow you around to see what your doing. Lady bug is up to date on vaccines and has been spayed. She is current on preventatives and will be microchipped prior to adoption. She would do better in a home without small children as she is tiny and could easily get unintentionally hurt.
