We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 6 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper had his life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing was $11,300 He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery which will be about another $1000. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Lady is a very pretty Sheltie approx 2 years of age. She is an awesome girl with lots of personality. She seems to be housetrained. She has played with several dogs here and done great. Have not had her with cats. She listens very well when you call her to come. Lady is up to date on vaccines, current on preventatives, Heartworm negative, spayed and will be microchipped prior to adoption. She is just the perfect size for most anyone.
