We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 6 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper had his life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing was $11,300 He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery which will be about another $1000. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
