We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 6 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper had his life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing was $11,300 He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery which will be about another $1000. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Contessa is a beautiful lil toy poodle weighing just over 8 lbs. She is a retired breeder who is now spayed m updated on rabies and distemper vaccines, tested negative for heartworm and now current on preventatives. She is also microchipped. She can be a little shy at first but does warm up after time. We are working on crate and leash training. Both are going ok but she will need further training in her new home. Contessa loves being with other dogs but she wants to be the boss at times. She will need to meet any potential siblings. Not tested with cats.
