WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION
WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Oracle was one of 3 kittens dumped on a country roadside in Sussex County last week. It was immediately apparent that these kittens had been cared for and socialized. They immediately came to us when called. They are fixed and tested negative for fiv and felv. She is a very loving kitty who will do well in almost any approved indoor home..
