WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Meemie is one of the 4 kittens from Rt 9, abandoned on a cold night in November and rescued by a wonderful family. She will fit in well with almost any family setting.
