WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION
WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

These kittens were dumped on a freezing cold night in November, a total of 15 kittens, along Rt 9 near Harbeson. This particular 4 were very tiny, but able to eat solid food. They came from a litter of 7 kittens and a very young mother cat. They are small, but very sweet and socialized, tested and vaccinations.
