WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION

WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Morty was a terrified, emaciated little wild kitten when we Trapped him. Our plans were to fatten him up, vaccinate, neuter and release him back to his farm. Morty started observing the good life around him with the other kittens and decided it might be okay to be a house cat . He loves kids, dogs and other kitties. Morty is neutered and ready to go to his safe, indoor forever home.
