WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION
WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Oscar is a big ole momma’s boy. He acts all tough…until his sisters gang up on him. He takes a moment to adjust to new situations, but then is as cuddly as they get. He’s especially fond of “making biscuits”.
