WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Tator was rescued by one of our dedicated fosters, who worked on trapping her for several days. She was all alone, inside gates of a trucking delivery company and very unsafe. When she was finally caught, she had a nasty upper respiratory infection and burnt whiskers and a singed ear. Tator is doing great now. She has a sweet, fun personality and gets along great with the other cats. We think she will do well in most homes as long as she has a kitty companion to play with.
