WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Shipley was found outside under a shrub screaming for help. We went and picked him up right away. At first he was very scared and spicy, but now he is just a little lovebug. Shipley needs a kitty companion to grow up with. He can be acclimated to older children and cat friendly dogs if done correctly.
