WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION
WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Priscilla is a retired breeder that needs to learn everything about being part of a family. started on leash and crate training. She will require another more confident small dog in the home. She is on the shy side therefore will need someone who has patience and love for her to learn that humans are ok. She has never shown any aggressive behaviors just shy. No large dogs or kids but absolutely needs another small dog companion. Priscilla is now up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines, tested for heartworm negative and now current on preventatives.
