We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

These kittens were rescued by one of our fosters, from a feral mother in her neighborhood. Mom and babies were trapped together. Mommy is now spayed and has returned to her colony, as she is very feral. The kittens are looking forward to being spoiled couch potatoes.
