WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Sakura was dumped in a yard along a very busy road , with a nasty upper respiratory infection. She appeared to be much younger than she is. Our vet estimated she's 6 months old. She's super friendly, social and doesn't seem to be frightened by dogs. She's full of personality and love.
