WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Izzaboo is a sweet little female chihuahua mix. Full of kisses although she is shy at first Loves playtime but also loves cuddling. Likes her squeaky toys. She is up to date on her puppy vaccines, dewormed and will be microchipped. She is also current on preventatives. No young children due to her size. Please keep in mind This is a long commitment as chihuahuas life expectancy is 12 to 20 years.
