WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Goodies male beagle who is searching for a family to call his own. He is extremely friendly and playful. Full of spunk loves playing with toys and other dogs. He needs to learn everything about being part of a family, housebreaking, and basic obedience. He has been started on leash but doesn't quite understand it yet.
