We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Biff and Tommy were a little too old to turn away from being semi feral by the time we got them. They would be good barn or working cats, but still require food, shelter and vaccinations when called for. They are neutered and up to date until June of 2022.
