We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Danica is a female spayed bichon who is a retired breeder. She is shy at first but does warm up in no time. She is full of kisses when there is a barrier in place ie expen or crate. Once out she is more on the shy side. We have just started her on leash. She will use puppy pads when inside to potty on. This girl will need someone who is patient and loving. She will need to learn everything about being in a home as she has lived her life in a kennel up to this point. Another companion dog in the home is a must. No young children.
