We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Declan is a handsome little male yorkie. He is super sweet and loves to play. He will need a home with no young children. Declan came to us after having a life of breeding where he lived in a kennel. He will need someone with lots of live and patience to teach him how to be part of a family. He needs to learn everything from leash walking to house training, belly bands come in handy for this. Another ccompanion dog in the home is a must. He is now neutered, updated on rabies and distemper vaccines, tested negative for heartworm and now current on preventatives and microchipped.
