We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Hiccup is a cute little beagle and possibly chihuahua mix. He weighs just 4 pounds so is really tiny. He is full of energy and absolutely loves toys. Kisses are plenty with this boy. We have started crate training with him. He has been around other dogs but not cats as of yet. We are looking for a home with no small children due to his size. He would love an active family who has lots of time for walks and playing. Hiccup has had his first 2 puppy vaccines, been dewormed and microchipped. He has also been started on preventatives.
