WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Hocus came to our rescue after a local family reached out for help. The babies momma had passed away and they were in need of urgent help. We took them in and began to bottle feed. It was a struggle in the beginning but they all made it and are thriving, they were born on 8/15 and weigh anywhere from 7 lbs to 14 lbs. Hocus is the largest of the males weighing about 11 lbs. He has a beautiful shiny black coat and a wide stripe down his face. He loves attention and will pull out all the stops to get it.
