WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Dana and her siblings had a very rough start and had to be bottle fed by a foster until they were about 5 weeks old. they are doing really well, but still small for their actual age. They are active and happpy and they love to eat! they will be availble to adopt as of 6/10/20
