WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION

WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Ben is just the picture of happiness and adventure . He loves cats, dogs and people and never turns his purr motor off. He's a little guy with a big personality. Ben has had his first 2 kitten vaccines and has been combo tested negative. He is a awesome kitten!
