WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Arthur was born at our rescue after his mom was surrendered to us. He came from a huge litter of 10. He was black when born but looks to be changing to a chocolate. This lil guy is outgoing and friendly. Hes always in the mix of things. If theres a ruckus going on hes part of it. But he also likes cuddle time. Hes full of kisses too. Arthur has had his first puppy vaccine and been dewormed a couple of times. He will be microchipped and get his 2nd puppy vaccine prior to adoption.
