We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

This little hot mess Vanessa ,followed my neighbors home at 10 pm one night when they were out walking their dog. We knew right away that she had purrsonality to spare. She has definitely been areound people and didn't seem frightened at all by dogs. She is not a meek cat, soo she needs to be only with other cats that will stand up to her. She's an alpha cat....but loads of entertainment. She's currently about 3 months old and ready for her forever home.
