WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Cotton came to us along with Caden. Their owners could no longer care for them.
He is a little timid but once he warms up is sweet. They have not really been around
Children so we are looking for a home with no young children. They are both up to date on vaccines, tested for heartworm negative, now current on preventatives. Also neutered and microchipped.
