We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Halo appeared on a doorstep as a stray a few days ago. The nice lady who found her wasn't able to bring her inside, due to her dog, but she tracked our rescue down and asked for help. She is an adorable and very friendly cat, who will do well with almost any family, but needs time to adjust to cat friendly dogs. Halo is not deaf, as some white cats with blue eyes are. She is an awesome cat, spayed and UTD on her vaccines.
