WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. The average cost for a dog or cat brought into our rescue is $300 or more
Your contributions help us to continue saving animals in Sussex County, DE.

Our fundraising efforts help support the costs of caring for the animals we take in, but this is an ongoing expense. If you would like to make a contribution towards our work, please know that 100% of the funds received go directly to support the animals in our care. As a 5013c organization, your donation is tax deductible.
