We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

About Zara

When we first got Zara, she was being called "Snowy". She is a very lucky cat because some kind people looked after her after she was dumped outside of an apartment complex and left to fend for herself. She was most likely a beloved pet at one time, as she had been spayed and had a tatoo on her belly, but there is no microchip. Zara will be better suited for a home with older children and maybe a cat, but I don't know about dogs. She is now clean, after spending time under cars and getting motor oil on her fur. She has beautiful golden eyes and will make a wonderful addition to someone's family.
