We are currently raising money to help Cooper. He is a 5 month old pup whom was surrendered to our rescue Cooper is in need of life saving heart surgery. The cost of this surgery not including preop testing is $6400. He will also need an echocardiogram 3 t o 4 month's after surgery. WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.

Caden is a cute little yorkie poo that came to us along with Cotton. They both were in poor shape as their previous owners could not take care of them. They have both been tested for heartworm negative, now current on preventatives, neutered up to date on rabies and distemper, and microchipped.
