WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Cleo is a pretty little Shepherd mix pup that seems very eager to please. She is walking nicely on leash and does know the sit command. She is full of kisses and loves to play. This girl is so sweet and loves everyone she meets. She has done well with others at the rescue but would require a meet and greet with any potential doggie brothers or sisters. Cleo is up to date on vaccines, current on preventatives (tested negative for Heartworm) spayed, and microchipped.
