WELCOME TO WHIMSICAL ANIMAL RESCUE/SUSSEX COUNTY ANIMAL ASSOCIATION

WAR/SCAA is a private 501c3 non profit organization located in Seaford, DE. We are all volunteers working for the same cause - to help homeless dogs and cats. We do not have a shelter and all rescues are kept at our homes or in foster homes.
	If you are interested in any of our animals,please read over our Adoption Information, check out the pet's bio, and complete an application. Mayhem has turned into the most outgoing of his siblings, Kree and Kaos. He loves attention and comes running as soon as he sees me enter the room. He is a perfect age to adopt and is anxious to go to his forever home.
